Guarantee / Warranty
Telic is guaranteed against manufacturer’s defect for a maximum of six months from date of purchase. Product covered by the Telic guarantee will be replaced at Telic’s discretion.
Returns& Exchanges
Non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.
To return or exchange an item, simply login to your account, go to “My Account,” click on “Complete Orders,” then click “Return Item(s)” and complete the return/exchange. If you do not have an account, contact customer service via email (onlinesales@telicfootwear.com), and include your order number and reason for return/exchange. Customer Service will then assign you an RA number and instructions for your return. Telic will not accept returns without an RA number.
Enclose our RA form (Click Here) with the items you are returning. Make sure to put your RA number on this form, and on the outside of the shipping box.

Please select a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.
Refunds will take approximately 1-3 weeks. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
Your card will be credited after the product has been received and qualified against the return policy.
